Returns & Replacements:

You can return a product to if you receive:

  • ● Faulty/Defective
  • ● Used Product
  • ● physically Damaged
  • ● Different from the description on site
  • We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 3 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.

    Terms and Conditions for Return & Replacement Policy:

  • ● Return Request should be raised within 5 days of Shipment got delivered.
  • ● Products must be in their original condition.
  • ● Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted.
  • ● Package should not get damaged and original packing slip and invoice should be attached.
  • ● All the products sold on our site are 100% Genuine, sealed, Branded, and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
  • ● Replacements will be made on the basis of availability of that product on the website.
  • ● While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
  • ● We will start the Replacement process as soon as we receive the shipment from customer.
  • Non-returnable products:

    • ● Party and Festive Supplies

    Note: The Buyer can only return Non-returnable Products if the product is Faulty or Defective

    One (1) year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase of your new Warranted Products as mentioned on the Product Description Page.

    How to create a return Request?

    Go to my account, click on my orders, select your order and click on Raise Return Request Button, We will take care of your request and respond to you immediately.

    Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?

    If we arrange the pickup of your product, you need not to pay anything. In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will reimburse full courier amount up to Rs. 400 according to your bill.

    I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

    Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement. The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

    When will I get the replacement or refund?

    We initiate the replacement or refund within 3-4 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes up to 10 days for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. Replacement of the product also takes 10 days if it gets delayed please contact our customer support. For COD orders refund would be done in form of NEFT. NEFT details have to be mandatorily submitted by the user against the order id under the "My Account" section on the website.

    What are the limitations of Warranty?

    This warranty applies only to the original purchases of the Warranted Products from a retailer, mail order operation, or online retail store; this warranty will not extend to any person that acquires a Warranted Product on a used basis.

    Your exclusive remedy, and Shoppypark sole obligation and liability with respect to any defective product, is limited to the replacement of such product as described in this warranty. Shoppypark may, at its discretion, use new or refurbished parts or units to meet the conditions of the warranty.

    What Shoppypark will do for defective warranted product?

    Shoppypark should replace your defective Warranted Product. Replacement parts and/or products may include new or refurbished parts or products and are warranted only until the expiration of the original warranty period.


    Cancellations by the Customer:

    Shoppypark encourages Buyers to communicate with each other on the Shoppypark platform to resolve any possible issues that may lead up to an order cancellation. Cancelling an order should be the last option to consider, however if there are any violations to our Terms of Service or a justifiable reason to consider cancellation, please provide a brief but detailed explanation to our Customer Support.

    Cancellations performed by Customer Support can be done, when eligible, within a time period of 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be able to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

    How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product but it cannot be cancelled after the product got delivered. Just click on Cancel button against your order in My Orders in My Account.Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible and refund will get initiated.

    How long will it take to refund my money?

    Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3-4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund if applicable. You will be notified of the same by email.
    However, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with our customer care in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Shoppypark.
